Tour Da Cape

Register today for the 2022 Tour da Cape! Friday, June 3rd!

Over the years this incredible event has made it possible for Dream Day to add an extra week on to our camp season, build a “Field of Dreams”, work on a master plan for growth, and much much more.

The 20th Tour da Cape will be held on Friday, June 3rd, 2022!

If you can ride 100 K and like New England lobster bakes and music at post-ride parties, then we want you!  Come ride with us in the 20th annual Tour da Cape to help bring “a ray of sunshine” into the lives of seriously ill children and their families!  This year, the ride will take place beginning at Nickerson State Park and ending there as well.

A Great Cause: Parents of Since 1993, Dream Day on Cape Cod has helped thousands of seriously ill children and their families find respite through recreational camp. Dream Day helps them create loving, lasting memories that transcend illness and struggle. To learn more watch this video!

An Urgent Need:  Parents of medically fragile children have been battered by the pandemic. Vital support structures were crumbled. Parents felt isolated, stressed, and overwhelmed at a time when their families needed more support than ever.

Despite these difficulties, Dream Day continued to be there for its families thanks to the past generosity of the Tour da Cape gang! While families could not be at camp physically during the pandemic, Dream Day was brought into their homes through a unique and creative virtual camp!

And now, we are pleased to share that this year Dream Day will be fully open!  But we need your help now more than ever! Our families need you as does our organization. Dream Day fully funds the $2,500 per family cost and has an average waiting list of over 50 families each year. Our program expenses will be much higher this year with Covid testing and protocols, and increased costs of supplies and food.

About the Ride: There is no registration fee but riders are required to raise a minimum of $1200 with a goal of $2500 (which will sponsor one family at camp). Set up a fundraising page when you register and send to your family, friends, and colleagues!

Please contact Christina Hennessey at to learn more about the ride and the skill level required.
